C17 Lab is a revenue engineering firm passionate about helping B2B companies overcome capacity and capability gaps in their go-to-market and revenue operations. By building data-driven outbound growth systems, we enable clients to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals without increasing headcount. Our team provides hands‑on support and strategic insights across the entire revenue cycle, from offer design and demand generation to CRM integration and reporting. We collaborate with organizations ranging from startups to enterprises, designing scalable and sustainable systems that drive measurable results.
This is a full‑time remote role for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating outbound calls, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves managing schedules effectively, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and providing excellent customer service to establish trust and build strong client relationships.
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team and book qualified meetings for our clients. You’ll be on the front lines of outbound, working high‑volume calling campaigns across multiple industries. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to coast—we run aggressive targets and expect consistent execution.
Base + performance bonuses tied to meetings booked. Top performers earn significantly more. Details discussed during interviews.
