• Develop and maintain application architectures for rapid iteration and deployment
• Utilize full-stack development skills in Node.js and React to design robust applications
• Lead the design and implementation of backend and frontend features
• Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to high-security standards
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to set and achieve milestones

• Minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and a JavaScript framework (React preferred)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and package dependency management (NPM/Yarn)
• Proven track record of deploying apps/services to cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills

• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to actively listen and display empathy in team settings
• Flexibility to assist scrum teams or other initiatives as needed
• Strong bias for alignment, action, and growth
