Purpose and Objective

Landis+Gyr is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT General Controls (ITGC) Compliance Analyst to join our Global IT GRC team.

Key Performance Indicators

• ITGC implementation tracking.
• Number of audit findings.
• On-time execution of Key Controls.

Core Areas of Responsibility / Accountability

• Coordinate the execution of controls by other Global IT and Business members.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during ITGC audits, providing documentation and remediation plans as needed.
• Identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and support the development of mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report on IT compliance risks and control deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote awareness and understanding of IT compliance requirements across the organization.
• Work closely with Global IT, Internal Audit, Legal, and Business Units to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to control owners and stakeholders on ITGC and SOX requirements.
• Explore automation opportunities to ensure control execution and reliance.

Required Experience

Experience in ITGC compliance, IT audit, or risk management.
