A growing agency in the rental market seeks a motivated individual for lead generation and appointment setting, focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn. The role is open to all experience levels and offers a commission-only structure with no base salary. Candidates should have strong written English and be confident communicators. The team operates remotely and encourages learning and following established systems for outreach and lead management.

- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus.
- Willing to learn and follow systems.
Responsibilities
- Send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day.
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries.
- Manage and track leads via CRM.

About UsWe run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space : GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agencyAutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting.
- Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
- Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
- Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
- Manage and track leads via CRM
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
- Daily reporting via Slack
- Work directly with the business owner
- Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, UK time focused
- Open to all experience levels
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
- Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales
- Have at least worked on a DM offer previously
- Strong written English
- Confident communicator
- Organised and consistent
- Comfortable using Instagram & LinkedIn
