• Role: Software Engineer
• Location: Brazil (Remote)
• Employment Type: Contract

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Apigee (preferred), KrakenD, or AWS API Gateway.
• Implement scalable and secure API architectures using REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Angular.
• Work with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines (ADO Pipelines), GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes to manage code, build processes, and deployments.
• Write robust unit, integration, and automated tests using tools such as Cucumber and Mockito.
• Contribute to cross-organization API standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Java (Spring Boot):
• API Development:
• API Management (Apigee/KrakenD/AWS Gateway): 3 years
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP):
• JavaScript/TypeScript:
• React/Angular:
• Strong understanding of API protocols and architectural patterns (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience writing automated tests (Cucumber, Mockito).
• Ability to write clear documentation and contribute to API governance efforts.
