The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve set targets, productive growth, ensure compliance and develop people. The role involves leading financial decision-making, developing and guiding the finance team. The job holder needs to have a strong market and business understanding and ability to balance business opportunities and risks. The job holder acts as a co-pilot for the General Manager bringing in commercial and business expertise.
Scope: Head of Finance & Controlling / FBP for MO M OR Large Plant. Reports to GM or Head of Plant, member of the MO or Plant Leadership Team.
