We are a fast-growing startup experiencing tremendous growth, with a 5x revenue increase and a 10x increase in usage over the past year. As we expand our team, we seek a passionate Full-Stack Engineer to help us build scalable, high-quality applications and infrastructure.

• Own Features from Concept to Deployment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features end-to-end.
• Design Scalable Infrastructure: Work with infrastructure teams to create systems that efficiently handle increasing traffic.
• Develop and Maintain Applications: Build high-quality, scalable features, promoting best practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Enhance Frontend-Backend Integration: Design systems for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Support and Monitor Systems: Partner with support teams to resolve issues and improve observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

• Extensive experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven ability to build event-driven architectures using message brokers or similar tools.
• Strong commitment to TDD and delivering reliable, maintainable code.
• Experience designing systems that perform under heavy traffic and scale effectively.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools.
• Ownership mindset with a hands-on, motivated approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Experience with media processing, streaming technologies, or AI integration.
• Prior startup experience and diverse technical knowledge are a plus.
