- Ability to do copywriting + design + video (this is not a “designer‑only” role)
- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, video generation, and faster production
- A portfolio that shows real examples (not just mockups)
- Experience creating assets for paid ads (Meta / TikTok / YouTube)
- Understanding of direct‑response principles (hooks, clarity, benefit‑led copy)
- Motion graphics or advanced editing skills
- Experience with email marketing creative (newsletters, warmups, promos)
- Figma / Adobe / Canva
- CapCut / Premiere
- Runway / Descript / AI video tools
- ChatGPT (or similar) for ideation + drafts
Fast turnaround and proactive communication
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
