1. Provide general support for Top Management in Mexico, the US, Argentina, and Spain, assisting both in labor and personal matters.
2. Manage and coordinate personal trips.
3. Support with immigration documentation and international relocation.
4. Research and analyze suppliers in different parts of the world.
5. Facilitate decision-making.
6. Coordinate agenda and plan events.
7. Budgets, purchases, and refunds.
8. Household administration and home organization projects.
9. Digital organizing.
10. Coordinate and schedule appointments.
11. Expense reports.

1. Previous experience in similar positions, including assisting leaders and/or C-level executives.
2. Availability to work after hours in cases of emergency.
3. Availability to travel (and sometimes with short notice).
4. CDMX resident and expert - someone who knows the city well.
5. Discretion and absolute reserve in the face of confidential or private matters.

1. Travel planning experience.
2. Advanced Microsoft Office.
3. Experience with translation (both written and simultaneous).
