Product Designer jobs in Brazil

We're seeking an experienced, conceptual product designer to join our fast‑paced Pitch Studio.

This is a multidisciplinary role spanning user experience, visual design, and branding.

Working closely with peers in design, product management, and new projects, you'll rapidly generate the concepts and visuals required to expand Fueled's roster of A‑list clients and help our existing engagements look further into the future.

Focused primarily on visual / concept design, you'll spend the majority of your time exploring and prototyping ideas for web and mobile experiences—delivering beautiful, polished designs that get clients excited about the prospect of working with Fueled.

We'll give you the tools and support you need to get your head down and create the best work of your career, without the stresses of traditional agency work.

(Think fewer meetings, no client feedback loops and complete creative autonomy.)

• You're an experienced product designer with a storied background in digital design and a portfolio that demonstrates work that is highly polished, spanning a range of brands, industries, and use cases.
• You understand the complexities of designing for web and mobile apps and have examples of modern digital products you have contributed to.
• You have experience working on creative pitches, thrive under pressure, and can generate concepts quickly, delivering polished, appropriate work in tight timeframes.
• You are comfortable taking a lead role in defining the creative direction of your projects, seeing your vision through from conception to delivery.
• You hit the ground running and can lean on your experience to cut through ambiguity and start concepting right away.
• You build a story around your work and can clearly articulate your creative decision making.
• You are confident using industry software like Figma and the Adobe suite, but you’re also exploring other breakthrough tools and technologies.
• You understand that your work is only as good as how it’s presented, and confidently deliver decks and presentations that elevate your visuals and build a narrative.
• Bonus points if you have experience in branding, identity, animation, 3D, AR / VR.
• Has 5+ years of experience acting in a creative role and at least 2 years working in a creative agency environment.
• Has delivered brand and identity designs for modern technology companies and digital-focused agencies.
• Has experience working with animation and 3D design.
• Is exceptionally detailed with excellent oral and visual communication skills and is comfortable when presenting your own or others' creative work.
