Job summary
A leading food production company in Brazil is seeking an experienced engineer to execute projects across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will manage contractors, control budgets, and ensure compliance with HSE norms. A degree in Engineering and at least three years of experience are required. Candidates should have strong technical skills in AutoCAD and SAP, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute projects including facilities such as slaughterhouses and feed mills.
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee project execution.
- Control project budgets and propose improvements.
- Prepare Technical Specifications and Cost Estimation Studies.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electric & Electronic, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and equipment specification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility with working hours and different shifts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Planning and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
- Living in Bandirma.
Main Activities
- Execute projects in regions like Izmir, Bandirma, Elazig, including facilities such as slaughterhouses, FPP, feed mills, utilities, and hatcheries.
- Receive offers and manage third-party contractors.
- Oversee contract management and project execution in the field.
- Control project budgets and propose improvements.
- Schedule activities and conduct meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare Technical Specifications, Technical Comparisons, Cost Estimation Studies, Quantity Take-offs.
- In-field supervision of Projects
- Provide technical support for Yield, Quality, Productivity, and HSE practices.
- Assist in technical training and establish maintenance plans for new equipment.
- Comply with HSE norms and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues.
