Job Description
Competency: C5/C6 Overall 15+ years of cloud transformational & consulting projects migration experience. The purpose of this role is for managing all large-scale multiple Cloud transformation & Migrations projects within cloud practice.
- Prepare, track, and manage project schedules; dynamic, committed project/program management for cloud transformation/migration/consulting projects.
- Execute large-scale Cloud Migrations, SQL, Windows, Apps services, AVS, AVD Migrations or Integrations and Transformations.
- Drive major IT projects, manage multiple priorities, set timelines, hold people accountable, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Experience in Cloud technologies and worked on DC migration to Cloud.
- Plan and manage multiple stakeholders including client, offshore, and cross-functional teams to deliver required transformations.
- Understand Infrastructure background of Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage and Network.
- Primary Skills: 15+ years in cloud transformational & consulting projects; able to manage large-scale cloud migrations and transformations; proficient in project/program management in cloud initiatives.
- Experience in preparing and managing project schedules; capable of handling multiple priorities and delivering on time and on budget.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Virtualization, compute, storage, network, and cloud technologies.
- Secondary Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations; governance, status reporting to leadership; weekly project/program reviews.
- Track and report schedule and cost variance across projects; identify issues/risks and drive resolution.
- Agile Management
- PRINCE2/PMP (Preferred)
- Any other program management certifications
- ADO or any project management tools, Azure Cloud, Database, Networking, Virtualization, Public Cloud, etc.
