Location: LATAM Region (100 % Remote)

Duration: Long term Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer & Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role combines both development (building and enhancing solutions) and support (troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of IT service management processes.

Modules

Service Catalog, CMDB, ITSM

Development & Customization

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and ITSM.
