This role is part of the SHE Global Compliance team managing SHE Data and Reporting. The team owns the Safety and Environment performance reporting process for corporate, Business Groups and Regions. The team is driving improvements in process, data and systems, to improve analytics and drive insight into performance.
This role will allow you to bring strong analytical skills alongside creativity and innovation to the way we measure, monitor and report on our progress and impact. As a Data and Reporting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to influence the way Environmental performance is managed in Unilever.
The focus of this position is to enhance our digital and data capabilities to bolster environmental performance reporting, particularly in alignment with sustainability and environmental metrics. Responsibilities include integrating diverse data sources and crafting impactful data visualizations and analytics to discern trends crucial for informed decision-making processes.
The role requires digital and analytic skills as well as a broad understanding of related issues. The applicant should have a sound understanding of data platform infrastructures & methodologies as well as experience in working with cross-functional teams and be a confident communicator and influencer.
