Our Operations Analyst will work in 99’s Marketplace Governance team, focused on assisting in the development of new tools/rules for education ensuring compliant behavior among our users, both pax and drivers. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to align priorities and ensure execution of governance initiatives.

• Support project and stakeholder management by organizing follow-ups, tracking action items, and ensuring timely updates across teams involved in governance initiatives

• Monitor and analyze key metrics to track performance and determine key insights for improvement.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in platform policies.

• Support the development and enhancement of internal tools and product features by providing analytical input and user behavior insights.

• Help document processes, track implementation progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;

• Advanced English;

• Strong problem-solving skills;

• Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;

• Hands-on approach;

• Master in Excel data processing;

• Independent and strong critical thinking;

• Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
