Job summary
A vacation home management company is seeking skilled individuals for remote guest support. Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency and demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities include assisting guests via chat and phone, managing service charges, and coordinating additional requests. The position requires a commitment to evening and weekend shifts. Compensation starts at R$2.000, with a flexible work schedule and one day off per week. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with clients from around the globe.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide guest support via chat and phone.
- Identify and filter guest needs efficiently.
- Create tasks and communicate issues to the operations team.
- Process and register issued charges for services.
- Monitor and fulfill additional services requested by guests.

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.
- Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
- Identify and filter guest needs
- Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
- Process and register issued charges
- Monitor additional services requested / paid
- Schedule additional services according to guest requests
- Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactivity and commitment
- Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break
Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.
Base salary : R$2.000.00
- One day off per week (on alternate weekend day)
- Daily work
- Night shift
- English (Required)
