The role

The senior business analyst must have expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite of the Finance modules. In-depth understanding of the Finance Modules within Oracle eBusiness Oracle Suite. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Creation of key documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and testing documents. Collaboration across teams and working directly with the Business Teams to define, refine and propose solutions for requirements, multitasking ability to manage and balance multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

What you'll bring

1. Finance Solutions Expertise: Configure and design Finance solutions within Oracle EBS Version 12.2.13.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. System Maintenance & Testing: Lead functional testing efforts and maintain environments to ensure successful system refreshes and related changes.
4. Best Practices Guidance: Provide expert guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards and processes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional IT teams to ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and policies for assigned projects and enhancements.
6. End-to-End Development: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Guide the design, development, testing, and deployment of new business functionality.
7. Knowledge Sharing: Transfer knowledge and support team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
8. Documentation Creation: Develop system-related functional documentation for Oracle EBS RICEFW.
9. Project Delivery: Ensure the delivery of defined scope and deliverables according to established dates and milestones.
10. Process Leadership: Drive process efforts by participating in workshops and designing and communicating technical solutions.
11. Technology Solutions: Provide guidance on leveraging technology solutions to solve business problems and enable new functionality.
12. Effort Estimation: Estimate efforts for Finance projects and enhancements.
13. Status Updates: Provide regular updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests.
