A leading financial services firm in São Paulo is seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to lead strategic and operational marketing efforts across Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Portuguese and English, along with 7+ years of marketing management experience within financial services. Key responsibilities include defining the go-to-market strategy, executing integrated marketing programs, and collaborating with regional commercial teams to enhance brand visibility. This role presents an opportunity to drive customer engagement in key markets, notably Brazil and Mexico.

We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager, Latin America, to lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing efforts across the region. This role combines visionary leadership with hands‑on management of tactical programs, requiring a unique blend of commercial acumen, regional expertise, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will serve as both a strategic architect and executional lead, developing market‑relevant go‑to‑market plans, overseeing their rollout, and ensuring measurable impact across channels including events, digital platforms, content, email, and social media. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting pipeline generation, and driving customer engagement in key markets, with a particular emphasis on Brazil and Mexico.
The Marketing team is inclusive, professional, and well‑regarded within S&P Global Ratings. The culture is flexible, with expectations of high performance and accountability. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Product, Market Outreach, Communications, and Research teams, all of whom have deep expertise in capital and credit markets, private markets, emerging markets, sustainable finance, and decentralized finance.
