QUATRE RECURSOS HUMANOS is searching for an EDUCATION MANAGER for the MEDICAL DEVICES INDUSTRY.

The Education Manager will develop, organize, and manage customer education programs to drive strategic corporate and market development initiatives. Responsibilities include:

1. Consulting with key stakeholders to identify customer education needs.
2. Producing a variety of supporting training and education materials for external customers to be used in e-learning and classroom environments.
3. Evaluating the success of these programs and providing reports to key stakeholders on outcomes.
4. Coordinating and collaborating with the company’s international marketing management teams to support global education initiatives.
5. Managing the organization’s learning management system and creating content to support customer training initiatives.
6. Managing the day-to-day operations of the department and supporting staff, including managing the customer education budget.
