Sales Account Executive – U.S. Market (Remote)

At Bluedot BPO Solutions, we connect top Brazilian talent with global companies that value performance, consistency, and growth. With over 10 years of experience in outsourcing and staff augmentation, we provide a structured and high-performance environment for sales professionals who aim to grow internationally. This position is for sales professionals ready to lead B2B prospecting in the U.S. market , with real opportunities for development, recognition, and long-term stability.

What We Offer
  • Monthly compensation of R$5,000 reais + USD-based bonuses
  • 100% remote work, Monday to Friday (1 p.m. – 10 p.m. BRT)
  • Exposure to U.S. executive-level sales culture

Intensive onboarding (3–5 weeks) and internal certifications.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Track key sales metrics and pipeline performance
  • Conduct meetings and present solutions to U.S.-based executives
  • Collaborate with Business Development and CRM teams for process improvement
  • Maintain a disciplined, results-driven sales rhythm
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Sales / Outbound reach
  • Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in meetings
  • Familiar with SPIN Selling, BANT , or other sales frameworks
  • Tech-savvy, organized, multitasker, and highly reliable
  • Comfortable working under goals and fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven consistency in meeting sales targets
