We are actively seeking a highly skilled ML/AI/NLP developer to join our team and drive the development of consumer-oriented features. We're looking for someone who possesses strong technical and analytical skills and has a knack for devising innovative and efficient solutions to address product challenges. In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into the product and its objectives, and independently conduct research on existing ML/AI/NLP solutions. Their primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for product improvement by leveraging the latest advancements in ML/AI/NLP technologies that could benefit our company.

Once these opportunities are identified, the candidate will craft solutions and work closely with other developers and product managers to implement and deploy these improvements to end-users. They will also monitor and optimize the feature's performance based on user data. We seek a proactive team player eager to advance our ML/AI/NLP initiatives and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments to enhance our products.

Responsibilities:

As an ML/AI/NLP Developer, you will play a key role in integrating these technologies into our products to improve customer experience and retention. Your duties include:

• Leading efforts to analyze the current product and identify areas where ML/AI/NLP can add value.
• Researching existing solutions and emerging technologies for potential application.
• Designing and proposing innovative ML/AI/NLP solutions to enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and optimize these solutions for maximum benefit.
• Evaluating and integrating third-party ML/AI/NLP tools to complement in-house capabilities.

This is a fully remote position requiring availability at 6am or 7am Argentinian Time.

Qualifications include:

• Over 3 years of experience developing and deploying ML/AI/NLP models for real-world applications, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to independently identify opportunities for ML/AI/NLP enhancements, conduct research, and deliver tangible improvements.
• Proficiency in programming languages and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent upper-intermediate English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for improving customer experiences.
• Interest in staying updated with the latest ML/AI/NLP advancements.
