In this role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software and data solutions. You will guide technical teams through architecture planning, development workflows, and best practices in software, AI, and cloud technologies. • Define architecture, deliverables, and timelines for software and data projects
• Lead technical teams through scrum processes to deliver high‑value software solutions
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress to ensure timely project completion
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring robust system performance
• Conduct security audits and supervise system modifications for compliance and optimization
• Liaise with stakeholders, management, and clients to ensure project standards and client satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical personnel, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
• Write progress reports and present technical updates to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or modern data technologies
• 7+ years of experience leading development teams
• Strong proficiency in Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, App Engine, or similar)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as integration with third‑party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON)
• Solid English communication skills
• Self‑driven, motivated, and passionate about problem‑solving and technical excellence
• Expertise in backend development, scalable software architecture, and data systems
