Job Title: Ad Operations Agent (Programmatic & Publisher Operations)

Location: Sao Paulo / KL : Hybrid

Experience: 2–5 years (flexible based on skillset)

Job Summary

Ad Operations Agent with strong exposure to the programmatic advertising ecosystem, particularly on the publisher side. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing ad campaigns, understanding how ads are processed from setup to go‑live, and optimizing performance across publisher platforms. Familiarity with DSPs and ad tech tools is essential, though deep expertise in every platform is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute programmatic ad campaigns on publisher platforms from setup to launch
  • Coordinate ad trafficking, QA, and go‑live processes across multiple inventory sources
  • Monitor and optimize campaign delivery, pacing, and performance KPIs (impressions, fill rate, CPM, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery issues related to creatives, tags, targeting, or reporting
  • Work closely with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve monetization and yield
  • Ensure compliance with publisher policies, brand safety guidelines, and ad quality standards
  • Support integrations and workflows involving SSPs, ad servers, and DSPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for live and completed campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising workflows
  • Hands‑on experience working on the publisher side (ad server, SSPs, yield management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of how ads are processed, validated, optimized, and delivered on publisher platforms
  • Familiarity with DSP tools (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, or similar)
  • Experience with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of ad formats (display, video, native, etc.)
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for performance
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
