Due to the rapid expansion of our business in Brazil, we are seeking a Quality and Fraud Prevention Coordinator to help us strengthen the DriverOps team.
Main responsibilities:- Development and Implementation of Quality Policies: Create, review, and implement quality policies and procedures, ensuring all operations comply with established standards.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Quality Indicators: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess service quality and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Fraud Prevention Management: Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate fraud risks, monitor suspicious activities, and conduct internal investigations when necessary.
- Team Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for operational teams and drivers, focusing on best practices, safety, and compliance with fraud prevention policies.
- Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with operations, customer service, IT, and legal teams to ensure effective implementation of quality and fraud prevention policies and to resolve identified issues.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Leadership capabilities and experience in team management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in leadership roles in operations, quality, or fraud prevention.
- Experience in delivery platforms/Ride-hailing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and risk management.
