The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in documentation or finance, a degree in Business or Finance, and strong English comprehension. Technical Documentation Analyst | Belo Horizonte | Remote

Position Type : Full-Time (45 hours / week)

Schedule : EST hours with 1 weekend day

We are hiring a Technical Documentation Analyst to analyze financial and contractual documents and transform them into structured, high-quality internal documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who can interpret technical language, extract key information, and maintain clear documentation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review & Interpretation : Analyze contracts, financial statements, and invoices; understand technical terms, compliance clauses, and billing logic; extract structured data accurately.
  • Documentation Structuring : Convert unstructured content into standardized documents; maintain templates, formatting standards, and documentation structure.
  • Record Maintenance : Maintain documentation archives and ensure version control; support cleanup and documentation quality checks.
  • Process Improvement : Identify documentation gaps or workflow inefficiencies; contribute to improved templates and SOPs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with finance, compliance, and ops teams; clarify ambiguous contract language with stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in documentation, finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
  • Experience in structured documentation environments.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong English comprehension (B2 / C1).
