• Screen candidate profiles and assess interest via calls and emails.
• Keep databases updated (Dynamics, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal systems).
• Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications.
• Identify talent from job boards and online platforms.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently.
• Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks.

Recruitment Assistant (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates
• Screen candidate profiles and assess interest / availability via calls and emails
• Keep databases updated (Dynamics, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal systems)
• Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
• Identify talent from job boards, databases, referrals, and online platforms
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently
• Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (C1) – excellent written and spoken communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Computer setup suitable for remote work + high-speed internet
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS tools
• Ability to handle both high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
