HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) :

The Junior Admin Support Representative performs a wide variety of routine administrative support tasks in such functional areas as finance, payroll, human resources, etc. or for a specific project / business / technical unit.

  • Compiles records and tracks and verifies the accuracy of data.
  • Uses the computer to generate reports, tables, graphs and correspondence.
  • Gathers information from multiple sources and reconciles report discrepancies.
  • Communicates with both external and internal customers.
  • Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Role is part time - 6 hours a day

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) :
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to make inquiries and clarify information
  • Detail skills necessary to ensure that information is accurate and correct; that documents are grammatically correct, and that work is completed in a timely manner
  • Organizational skills necessary to follow detailed job instructions, order or prioritize daily work activities, and balance multiple assignments
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (supletivo)
  • Must have basic level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be authorized to work in Brazil
  • Must be fluent, written and verbally in Portuguese
  • Possess entry-level computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Be willing to work a fixed and / or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Be eligible for the PCD Program (Programa de Pessoa com Deficiência).
