You will manage the entire recruitment process, collaborate with internal clients, and strive for quality and diversity in hires. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Logistics, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Responsibilities

• Conduct the recruitment and selection processes for executive positions in Brazil and other countries.
• Adopt the best market strategies and act consultatively with clients and market professionals.
• Carry out the entire recruitment & selection process from triage, market mapping, interviews, and process management with internal clients and candidates.
• Work in collaboration with recruiters to guarantee the best talents for our clients’ businesses.
• Develop a schedule for the projects as well as accompany them.
• Set goals and indicators of quality, assertiveness and diversity.
• Guarantee the communication and feedback process for all wrapped not processed.
• Participate in the steps involved in being selected for this opportunity.
