About the Team

The LATAM Classifieds Marketing team leads the brand and communication strategy across six countries (Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, and Brazil) for QuintoAndar Group’s Classifieds brands. We manage some of the region’s most relevant property portals, including Zonaprop (AR), Inmuebles24 (MX) and Urbania (PE). This position focuses specifically on Imovelweb and Wimoveis, our Brazilian Classifieds brands, and plays a key role in ensuring their growth and leadership in one of the most competitive real‑estate markets in Latin America.

We’re looking for a marketing professional with solid experience in brand management and integrated communications, capable of owning end‑to‑end execution — from strategy to on‑the‑ground delivery. The person in this role must operate with a high degree of autonomy, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and have the curiosity and drive to deeply understand the business and its market dynamics.

About the Role

The B2C Marketing Specialist – Classifieds will lead the 360° brand and communication strategy for our Brazilian Classifieds brands (Imovelweb and Wimoveis). This includes planning, developing, and implementing regional and local campaigns across all media (TV, OOH, Digital, Social Media), ensuring the correct use of brand guidelines and alignment with both the LATAM regional strategy and Brazil’s local portfolio of brands and products.

The role also includes day‑to‑day management of social media channels, coordination with the internal media team and external creative agencies, and close collaboration with B2B Marketing and Performance teams. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for local DME (Direct Marketing Expense) execution and will contribute to consumer and market insight analysis to inform brand decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop brand campaign briefs, ensuring clear objectives, creative direction, and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, production companies, Social Media Agency and the internal creative team, from concept to final delivery of assets.
  • Act as an orchestrator of 360° campaigns, connecting areas such as Content, Media, PR, Product and B2B Marketing.
  • Actively participate in the production of large‑scale campaigns, events, and sponsorships, ensuring consistency with brand codes and guidelines.
  • Control and monitor production and media budgets, ensuring efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Track brand and media KPIs, translating results into actionable insights to improve communication efforts.
  • Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines across all deliverables and touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Solid marketing experience within a company (client/advertiser side).
  • Proven experience managing brand campaigns, including briefing, execution, and results tracking.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses, and internal creative teams.
  • Experience managing production budgets and monitoring media investments.
  • Understanding of brand KPIs (e.g., awareness, consideration, preference) and media metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, CTR, CPM).
  • Proactive, organized, collaborative, and results‑driven profile, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking applied to daily work.
  • Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
