We are looking for a hands‑on Employee Benefits Manager to join our Compensation & Benefits (C& B) team in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with experience implementing FLEX benefits, strong data skills, and the ability to operate in 0→1 environments. You will help lay the foundation of our total rewards strategy while supporting our fast‑paced expansion in Brazil.
On‑site (5x a week) – Nice to have.
Experience working in Chinese companies or in multicultural, Asian‑influenced environments.
Familiarity with Brazilian labor law related to employee benefits.
Experience redesigning or optimizing total rewards frameworks.
