About the opportunity

Work Model: Remote

Location: Remote BR / Latam

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a dynamic environment leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Postgres, and Terraform. In this role, you will participate in automating infrastructure provisioning, managing containerized applications, and maintaining CI / CD workflows to ensure smooth and scalable deployments. You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and enhance system reliability and performance across multi-cloud platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative DevOps environment.

Skills / Experience

Minimum Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role
• Experience with cloud provider platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with GitOps CI / CD tools (e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with declarative infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
• Exposure to logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch)
• Collaboration with other engineers working primarily in PST

Desired Skills (Nice to Haves)

• Experience with software development and automation in languages beyond shell scripting (e.g., golang, python, elixir, java, etc.)
• Experience with platform development of tools for development, staging, and integration environments
• Experience with debugging performance or networking issues in applications running on Kubernetes
• Experience with audit compliance (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS)
• Working knowledge of UNIX‑based Operating Systems
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
