Job summary
A government legal organization in Dubai is looking for an UAE National to serve judicial notices and verify their accuracy. The role involves contacting relevant parties, traveling to serve notices, and writing reports. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have completed national service. Proficiency in Arabic and good English skills are necessary. This position is crucial for the legal processes within the department.
Qualifications
- UAE National required for the position.
- Must have completed national service.
- Full proficiency in Arabic and good proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Receive judicial notices and verify accuracy of addresses.
- Contact parties to be served.
- Travel to serve defendants and witnesses as required.
- Write reports on service status of notices.
Skills
Education
- Receiving judicial notices related to areas of jurisdiction daily from the head of the department.
- Verifying the accuracy of the address listed in the notice and completing any missing information while adhering to the approved judicial regulations and procedures of the department.
- Contacting the party to be served.
- Traveling to serve the defendants and to the location of the party (the victim – the witness) for the trial, while adhering to the approved judicial regulations and procedures of the department.
Writing a report on whether the notice was served to the intended party or not.
- UAE National
- Has a bachelor's degree
- Gender: Male
- Completed national service
- Full proficiency in Arabic / good proficiency in English.
