Provide contractual technical service and assist customers with problem solving support regarding Metito's products, applications, and solutions for assigned customer accounts. Ensure implementation of the Metito Service Standards at all client sites.

1. Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations.
2. Assist in critiquing products for serviceability, performance, and reliability.
3. Advise clients regarding potential upgrades and improvements Metito can provide.
4. Plan and carry out service responsibilities within assigned customers.
5. Train junior application engineers where necessary.
6. Deliver service in line with the Application Quality Plan in assigned accounts.
7. Apply the Metito Service Standards to improve quality and document value provided to the customer.
8. Visit customer facilities and implement practical application of products.
9. Discuss and advise clients on results obtained from sampling.
10. Establish and meet customer needs by adjusting treatment programs and ensuring satisfactory plant performance.
11. Assist in preparing reports on technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary modifications or process changes.
12. Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.
13. Recommend changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment.
14. Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations.
15. Carry out on-site chemical inventory.
16. Ensure P.O. submissions by clients and prompt deliveries.
17. Maintain standard equipment and reagents for laboratory and field analysis.
18. Prepare site/field analysis reports.
19. Maintain records of all tests.
20. Coordinate with sales engineers regarding clients and sales.
21. Collaborate with team members to improve policies and procedures for increased customer satisfaction.
22. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with company policy.
23. Stay updated on industry advances and educate sales engineers and customers accordingly.
24. Ensure safety on the job and comply with all safety regulations and policies.
25. Participate in the company's Quality Improvement Process.
26. Maintain and improve the BU QHSSE Management System according to ISO standards.
27. Promote a QHSSE culture to safeguard health, safety, and the environment while delivering quality products and services.
28. Report QHSSE risks and impacts, and carry out duties in accordance with standards and KPIs, ensuring safety of personnel.

Specific knowledge and experience in specialty chemical applications such as:

• Boiler
• Cooling
• Chilled Systems
• Wastewater
• Process Chemistries

Local geographical or customer exposure is advantageous. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

• 5-7 years experience in Water Treatment Service Support.

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Training in Water Treatment Chemistry, Wastewater, Cooling Water, and Boiler Water is beneficial but not essential.
