The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize cloud resources, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This onsite role in Dubai requires hands‑on expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, and IT support best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure and related IT systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources and applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in AWS and enterprise systems.
• Implement and maintain security best practices in cloud and IT environments.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, server, and application issues.
• Document support procedures, incidents, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement IT solutions.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance procedures.
