Job Title: Team Leader Business Setup (UAE Mainland & Freezone)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Business Setup
Salary: Up to AED 12,000 (Negotiable Subject to experience and interview performance)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Notice: Up to 30 days
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Business Setup division, specialising in UAE Mainland & Free zone company formations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business licensing, company registration, and regulatory compliance in the UAE. This role involves leading a team, managing client portfolios, and ensuring smooth end-to-end business setup processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of business setup consultants.
- Oversee company formation processes in UAE Mainland & Free zones.
- Provide expert guidance on business licenses, visas, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities (Free zones, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE business setup services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free zone company formations.
