Job Description
Type: Full time - Onsite
As a Performance Marketing Team Leader at PSdigital, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive growth and revenue through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set and execute performance marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Job Requirements- Advanced level in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC, programmatic, native, and social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and ads)
- Extensive experience in E-commerce campaigns in the MENA region on the website and mobile apps
- Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio.
- Good knowledge of SEO and Email Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- At Least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile-first advertising plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Leadership skills are a must
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and flexible to work in a vibrant business environment.
