We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Barista / Café All‑Rounder to join our team at The Warehouse Caffè / Cucina Sana, located inside a corporate business park. This is not a slow café role. Our customers are office professionals who come every day — speed, consistency, and personality matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee (espresso‑based drinks, iced drinks)
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and light food items
• Handle fast‑paced lunch rushes efficiently and calmly
• Take orders accurately and manage POS during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Build genuine relationships with regular customers
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Barista experience preferred (corporate café experience is a plus)
• Able to work fast under pressure, especially during lunch hours
• Confident, friendly, and charismatic with customers
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Well‑presented and professional
• Comfortable multitasking (coffee + food prep)

Desired candidate profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (not a must if experience), with additional certifications in barista training or coffee brewing preferred.
• A minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a fast‑paced café or restaurant environment, showcasing a passion for coffee and customer service.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage for diverse customer engagement.
