Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage
• Minimum of one year experience in Bar Operations
• Excellent command of English; additional skills in guest service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of wines, liquor, and cocktails

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform tasks to service beverages according to hotel standards
2. Achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability
3. Delight guests with innovative products and contribute to sales activities
4. Set up the bar and prepare mise-en-place for service
5. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment
6. Provide prompt, polite, and courteous service to guests and colleagues
