Barista job vacancy in El-Ain UAE

El-Ain is looking for an experienced Barista to join its team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

• Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, and other drinks) and serve to customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and ensure each customer receives the highest quality beverage.
• Interact with customers, take orders efficiently, and communicate clearly.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; restock supplies as necessary; maintain inventory records.
• Process payments for customer orders using digital payment systems and cash.
• Answer customer questions about products or services.

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Attention to detail when preparing drinks to meet standards of excellence.
• Comfortable with both digital payment systems (credit/debit cards) and cash transactions.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience—a salary of 1300—and are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
