We are currently recruiting for a full‑time Head Bartender to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Head Bartender you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests. Preparing and serving beverages such as mocktails, cocktails, hard drinks, soft drinks and specialty beverages. To explain the menu items to our guests, and to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Supervising the daily bar operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Leading, training and motivating the bar team to maintain IHG service standards.
• Overseeing drink preparation and presentation to guarantee consistent quality.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and licensing regulations.
• Welcoming guests warmly, recommending beverages, explaining menus and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Crafting high‑quality beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits and specialty drinks.
• Managing guest feedback and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing requisitions and managing stock rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization and proper sanitation of the bar area and equipment.
• Enhancing displays and bar setups to elevate guest engagement.
• Introducing new beverage ideas, improving recipes and supporting promotional activities.
• Working closely with the F&B leadership team to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations.
• Training junior bartenders on mixology techniques, beverage knowledge and guest service.
• Ensuring all team members follow service procedures and safety standards.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with a focus on quality, detail, high performance standards, and the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines. Technical proficiency in related software is preferable.
