At Ballarò, our signature dining venue at Conrad Dubai, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to be part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team.
As a Waitress, you will deliver outstanding guest service in a warm, timely, and professional manner. You will also demonstrate strong product knowledge and uphold Hilton standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience.
- Deliver personalized service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu, offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from welcome to farewell
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality and service at all times
A Waitress serving at Conrad Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Arabic Language will be an advantage
- Experience in Food and Beverage
- Previous experience of cash handling
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
- Experience working for a luxury property
