Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to enhance the dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, ensuring their needs are met in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a hotel setting and is capable of working cohesively within a team. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waitress in a standard hotel.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers, providing detailed information on menus.
- Monitor and attend to guests' needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate orders.
Skills
