• Create Impactful Designs : Develop engaging graphics, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with our brand identity.
• Visual Storytelling : Translate recruitment campaigns, client projects, and internal initiatives into compelling visual concepts.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with recruiters, marketers, and account managers to design visuals that enhance communication strategies.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs reflect Black & Grey HR’s tone, style, and messaging across platforms.
• Innovate & Elevate : Stay updated on design trends, experimenting with fresh ideas to keep our content modern and impactful.
• Manage Projects : Handle multiple design requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

• Proven Experience : Prior work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Design Expertise : Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva (Figma experience is a plus).
• Creativity & Innovation : Ability to think outside the box and create unique visuals tailored for diverse audiences.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong eye for typography, color, and layout with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication Skills : Ability to understand project briefs and translate ideas into engaging visual solutions.
• Organizational Skills : Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
