• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs reflect Black & Grey HR’s tone, style, and messaging across platforms.
• Innovate & Elevate : Stay updated on design trends, experimenting with fresh ideas to keep our content modern and impactful.
• Manage Projects : Handle multiple design requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements
