Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and creative Graphic Designer for our paper cup printing press. The ideal candidate must be skilled in designing artworks for paper cups, sleeves, packaging, and printing layouts, ensuring high-quality output that meets production and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop artwork designs for paper cups, including branding layouts, patterns, and custom client designs.
• Prepare print-ready files following cup die-cuts, size specifications, and color requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team and machine operators to ensure accurate printing output.
• Modify or adjust artwork according to customer feedback.
• Ensure all designs meet printing standards (CMYK, color separation, bleed, resolution).
• Maintain an organized archive of designs, templates, and project files.
• Assist in packaging design, labels, and other related print materials when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a printing press or packaging industry(paper cup industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related software.
• Understanding of die-lines, color separation, and print processing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Technical & Design Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Ability to create print-ready artwork with correct bleed, margins, and color settings
• Knowledge of CMYK color mode, Pantone colors, and color separation
• Ability to design layouts for paper cups, packaging, labels, flyers, brochures, and other print materials
• Understanding of dielines, templates, and vector files
• Ability to check and correct low-resolution or incorrectly formatted client files
• Knowledge of pre-press preparation (trapping, overprint, image resizing, file conversion)
