A leading company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Web Developer to design and build high-performance, responsive landing pages and website sections. The successful candidate will translate UI/UX designs into clean front-end code, optimize website performance and security, and work with the marketing team to create engaging visuals. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 2-5 years of experience is required, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP are essential.

Job description

1.Landing Page Development: Design, prototype, and build high-performance, responsive landing pages and core website sections that are optimized for speed, SEO, and maximum conversion (CRO). 2.User Interface (UI): Design and maintain pixel-perfect interfaces, style guides, and design systems for web and mobile, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and consistent user experience. 3.Website Development: Translate finalized UI/UX designs and graphic mockups into clean, semantic, and functional front-end code using HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS/LESS). 4.Create and update property listing pages, including images, floor plans, and detailed descriptions. 5.Optimize website speed, performance, and security. 6.Resolve bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth site functionality. 7.Work with marketing and sales teams to create high-impact visuals, banners, and promotional landing pages. 8.Upload new projects, blogs, offers, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. 9. Implement website tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GTM). 10.Support digital advertising by creating optimized landing pages for campaigns. 11.Resolve bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth site functionality. 12.Work with marketing and sales teams to create high-impact visuals, banners, and promotional landing pages. 13.Enhance UI/UX design to maximize engagement and conversion rates. 14.Upload new projects, blogs, offers, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. 15.Support digital advertising by creating optimized landing pages for campaigns.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2.2–5 years of experience as a Web Developer (preferably in real estate or similar industry). 3.Strong portfolio of completed websites and web applications. 4.Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and wordpress. 5.Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
