1. Familiar with international trade and logistics processes and related laws and regulations;
2. Familiar with foreign trade-related documents, such as invoices, shipping documents, packing lists, etc.;
3. Responsible for on-site document and oral translation work;
4. Responsible for accompanying translation for overseas affairs;
5. Responsible for handling client emails and messages, as well as the English translation of company-related documents, contracts, and external communications;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Skills

1. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; skilled in Chinese-English interpretation and translation; possesses fluent, accurate, and natural English expression abilities.
2. Proficient in using translation aids such as CAT; skilled in using Microsoft Office software(Word,Excel,PPT); possesses basic document formatting and data processing skills.
