Job summary

A leading luxury hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced AV Technician to manage audio-visual equipment for events. Responsibilities include setting up and operating sound, video, and lighting systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in a similar role, a diploma in a relevant field, and strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts as needed is required, along with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AV Technician role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, and conferencing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with live event setup and operation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure AV equipment is clean, properly maintained, and functional.
  • Set up and operate audio-visual systems during events.
  • Diagnose technical issues and manage repairs of AV systems.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators and IT teams.
