A technical services company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join its maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical works, and painting. Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Multi Technician / Maintenance Technician.
- Technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and painting.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and service air conditioning systems.
- Carry out electrical works installations, wiring, and panels.
- Conduct painting, finishing, and minor carpentry tasks.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and keep records.
- Respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and client service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Skills
We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in plumbing, HVAC (AC chillers, FCU, package units), electrical works, and painting/finishing. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, drainage, sanitary fittings).
- Troubleshoot and service air conditioning systems (chillers, FCUs, package units).
- Carry out electrical works (installations, wiring, lighting, panels, troubleshooting).
- Conduct painting, finishing, and minor carpentry tasks.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and keep records of service performed.
- Respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and client service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
