We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in plumbing, HVAC (AC chillers, FCU, package units), electrical works, and painting/finishing. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, drainage, sanitary fittings).
• Troubleshoot and service air conditioning systems (chillers, FCUs, package units).
• Carry out electrical works (installations, wiring, lighting, panels, troubleshooting).
• Conduct painting, finishing, and minor carpentry tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and keep records of service performed.
• Respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and client service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
