Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking experienced Food Counter Attendants and Food Service Supervisors for positions in QuickService Restaurants in Canada. Allison Jones Consulting Services is hiring on behalf of our clients in the quickservice restaurant industry in Canada. We are looking for experienced Food Counter Attendants (FCA) and Food Service Supervisors (FSS) to join leading restaurant brands under the Francophone Mobility Program.
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Prepare packages and serve food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
- Process payments and operate cash registers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food counter staff.
- Ensure food safety and service standards are met.
- Train and evaluate employees.
- Manage inventory and place supply orders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (QuickService Restaurants like McDonalds or Burger King preferred).
- Must be bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry (McDonalds experience is a strong asset).
