Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee operations and achieve sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality Management and at least three years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star spa environment. Responsibilities include managing the spa unit, developing team members, and maintaining high standards of service and profitability. A strong financial acumen and excellent leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Hospitality Management.
- Three years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star spa.
- In-depth knowledge of spa therapy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the individual spa unit and ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, guests, and team members.
- Develop spa team members and ensure standards are met.
Skills
Education
You will have full accountability for managing the individual spa unit. This position requires commitment to achieving sustainable growth through continuous analysis of business and team member performance and a dedication to increase customer order to do this it is important to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners guests and team members alike. You will be committed to continually developing the spa team members whilst ensuring that the spa is consistently operating at or above agreed standards and achieving maximum profitability.
- Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
- Three years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
- In depth knowledge of spa therapy
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
